Josh was fantastic! After two painful real estate transactions in Illinois, I was wary about buying a home in Tennesee. But Josh really made the effort to find high quality homes for me to view on my very limited time table, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, and got me the best deal possible on my new home. I already referred him to my aunt and uncle, who had the same great experience with their new home purchase. Hopefully I'm done buying and selling for a bit, but he'll be staying in my contacts in case that changes! :)

I chose Josh to list my house for sale in Tacoma and was hoping for a quick sale, but got more than I even expected. He chose a listing price that was higher than I thought most people would pay, but I was wrong and there were multiple offers within the first week!! After accepting a buyer's offer, Josh would stop at nothing to make sure the deal went through and no one was disappointed. He took the time to consistently email me (as I am not a phone person) and remain level headed the entire time when I refused to put another penny into the house (I had already done so when it was a rental and that was a nightmare and I just couldn't do it anymore). I never doubted his skills for a second, but I definitely did not expect him to go above and beyond and agree to not only using some of their commission to pay for requirements to close, but also to literally PAINT the house HIMSELF in order to close the deal!! Name one other real estate agent who would do this.......you won't find one.I am very grateful to him for everything he did.

Josh Moore becoming our realtor was one of life's happy accidents. We'd been ruminating on moving for months, and one day , without a realtor in mind and doing no research, I made a Zillow request to see a property...and Josh Moore entered our lives. Josh hit the ground running. He immediately impressed us with his energy, dedication to us and perseverance as homes were flying off the market. The purchase of a new home is a big daunting, but Josh made it fun. He is sharp, funny, creative, knowledgeable about his craft, ethical and very patient. We looked at a lot of houses, many of which either slipped thru our fingers or were not quite right. Josh kept saying "you'll know it when you see it" and he was correct, as I sit here in my new beautiful home writing this review. We liked Josh so much he is already on the invite list for the post-COVID 19 party we will eventually have. Josh rules!

Josh was absolutely amazing from the beginning of the process to the end. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had no clue what we needed to do to buy a house and Josh went above and beyond helping us and making us as relaxed as possible. He was on top of everything and called us with new information as soon as he got it. He handled a lot of the communication with our lender as well so that we didn’t have to. My husband and I were hardly ever left with questions after speaking with him, and when we were he would get back with us immediately. He was very professional and personable at the same time. I will recommend him to every person I know buying or selling a house in the future! 10/10 recommend

Joshua Moore was amazing. He was both very professional and yet down to earth. He did an excellent job communicating with me while showing potential homes for sale, helping in the purchase of my new home, as well as helping sell my former home. Joshua did not "push" the sale of any of home. As a matter of fact, he would point out good features of the home as well as things to be cautious about. I honestly don’t know how we could have found a better agent. We were looking for buying a house in this crazy seller market and Josh had made the process so much fun, that it was not stressing at all. He was extremely patient with us, and always very responsive. As first home owners, coming from a different country, we were fortunate enough to find an agent who would explain everything and would check everything in every house we visited. He was honest to a point that he told us “no, don’t buy this house” or “It’s overpriced"! Visiting a house with Josh is like visiting a house with your best friend who’s also a home inspector lol! We ended up closing on a house today, a house which ticked all the boxes so we couldn’t recommend Josh enough.
